Artabys Shipping Policy
Delivery Zones: Artabys.com only ships to the continental Unites States. Artabys does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Orders from outside the continental United States will be cancelled.
Shipping Options and Delivery Costs
Shipping is Free all orders. Artabys ships using UPS only. There are no shipping options. No overnight, no express delivery.
Shipping and Order Processing Time
Handling Time: Please allow at least one day of order processing time. Your purchase is sourced from storage, inspected and carefully packaged for delivery. Orders received on US Holidays or weekends are processed the following non Holiday business day.
Transit Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday through Friday ships within 1 day of ordering. Orders received on US Holidays or weekends are processed the following non Holiday business day. UPS usually takes 3 days or less to deliver anywhere in the continental United States under normal conditions.
For Framed Poster orders please allow 1 day additional order processing time under normal conditions. However, it could take up to 3 to 4 days as Artabys uses CO2 emissions offsetting fulfillment.
Customer Requirements
Customers should supply a valid US shipping address. No PO boxes. Orders with non valid or recognizable addresses will be cancelled. Once you supply an address for your order Artabys is unable to change the address. Your order will need to be cancelled and re-ordered with the correct address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched Artabys.com will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking information will be emailed from support@artabys . com so please add to your contacts.
